LOOM: 28″ Loom + peg extenders
YARN: Approx 500 yards of Aran weight merino wool, alpaca, donegal tweed mix yarn. Sample was worked with City Tweed HW in Obsidian, 3 skeins (164yds/150, 100g/3.53oz).
NOTIONS: tapestry needle, row counter (optional)
GAUGE: 10 sts x 18 rows=2 inches in stockinette
SIZE: 25” long x 26” wide
SPECKLED STITCH PATTERN
4 st repeat +3
Row 1: k3, p1; rep from * to last 3 sts; k3.
Row 2: k to end.
Cast on 131 sts, prepare to work a flat panel.
Row 1, 3, 5, 7: k to end of row.
Row 2, 4, 6, 8:p to end of row.
Row 9: k4, *k3, p1; rep from * to last 7 sts, k to end.
Row 10: p4, k to last 4sts, p4.
Rep Row 9 and Row 10: (108 times) until item measures 25 inches from cast on edge (216 rows).

Bind off with basic bind off method. Weave all ends in. Block if necessary.
