DVD Projects!

Hi All,

Complete projects/patterns on DVD!  This is what is in the works at Knitting Board Co.  Many knitters have expressed an interest in this venue of receiving some larger projects.  Now, we would love to hear from all of you with your most favorite ideas for these videos.   We would appreciate some feedback from everyone.

Check out this list of pattern ideas and let us know which one you would most like to have.  Just leave a comment-its that easy to leave your input.  Thanks in advance.

  1. Pat,
What about a V-neck sweater? I would be interested in testing a pattern for that.

  2. I’d be interested in a DVD that shows how to make a crew neck ribbed sweater. Home decor is a big interest as well as hand bags. Some of the hand bags you’ve had on demo on the HSN commercials are really beautiful but look difficult. I am a visual learner and I’d love to see color changes worked in just about any project.

  3. HI PAT. THANKS FOR ASKING.

I REALLY WOULD LOVE TO SEE CABLE SWEATERS AND ALSO MORE SLIPPERS AND ACCESSORIES.

THANKS SO MUCH. ALSO IT WAS NICE SPEAKING WITH YOU ON THE PHONE TODAY. YOU ARE JUST SO VERY SWEET. THX ROE

  4. hello pat, i love to see more sweater patterns that are not turtlenecks, more kids sweaters, patterns with cables and tapered sleeves so they are not so big especially around the wrist. thanks jean

  5. Yes, I would like to see more patterns and diffenelty on DVD. I also would like to know where I can find the cushioned cover for the needle. I saw it on your starter DVD for socks. Would really like to purchase one. Thank You

  6. I thought about this some more and think what I would really like is if you would come out with a DVD that shows step by step how to make a basic hooded coat. Then, you could show variations on it such as how it would look with cables or with a zigzag edging on the cuffs, etc. You could also show how one could vary the coat by knitting it in different weight yarns, such as a bulky versus a cotton yarn for those of us in warmer climates. What do you think?

  7. I would like to see patterns for simple shrugs, boleros, bulky and boxy cartigans and sweaters, and fingerless gloves and long legwarmers. Also, directions for converting needle patterns into KB patterns–perhaps even a conversion program!

  8. I would love to see cardigan sweaters/jackets – also how about cardigan and/or slipover Irish knits – with all the cables and popcorns, etc.?

I just purchased your large knitting board and am anxious to get started, but can’t find any patterns that I like.

  9. hello.

  10. Hi
Iam working on a front tie sweater /shrug pattern and so far it is working although i have never written a pattern iam trying. i would love patterns for a front tie sweater/shrug 🙂
also a pull on sweater short or long sleeve as a layer piece with v front and banded bottom would be cute.
learn converting needle patterns would be awesome.

  11. Would love to see more sweater patterns for beginners and a cardigan/tank set for Spring.
Would also love the padded cover for the needle — and also the handbag patterns would be great.
    Thanks

  12. Sweaters! Definitely more sweaters! Especially for men. I”d love to knit one for my husband and for my dad!

  13. I would like to see a toddler girls jumper dress but easy for beginners. It would also be nice to see an adult poncho with a turtle neck.

It would be wonderful if someone could take a needle pattern and turn it into a knitting board pattern easily. I’ve read up on it but still can’t do it.

    Thanks

  15. I would love to see a dvd for the visual learners, to help them make mittens. I help kids to loom, but most are step by step visual learners, and I can’t help them with mittens, because I can’t even interpret the instructions for the mittens. So we just make hats.
