Notes for Rnd 33: The short rows are worked over the 7 stitches that worked in the YO on the previous row, then those 7 stitches are bound off creating the leaf. Take the next stitch in front of the leaf to the previous stitch to join the bottom of the leaf. Then chain 2 on the same stitch before working the chain 10 on the next stitch.
Ch2BO the remaining sts.
Cut tail and finish off by joining the last stitch to the first stitch to complete the chain. See Video for instructions.
If desired for a more finished look, cut a new piece of CC yarn approximately 18″ long and sew the leaf behind the chain loop with a tapestry needle. See Video for further instructions.
Weave in ends with a tapestry needle.
Place over pint canning jar and use extra MC yarn to secure the cast on edge over the bottom of the jar.
